Brad Watts, RD

Brad first became interested in nutrition in 2013 while playing high school/collegiate sports. With his interest in competitive powerlifting, he is fully committed to studying nutrition and learning its role in sports performance. It was this desire to perform optimally and help others do the same, that led to the career choice of becoming a Registered Dietitian.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition, a Post-Bacc. In Nutrition and Dietetics, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sports Nutrition. With an ongoing 7 years of powerlifting experience as well as 4 years of acute/critical care hospital experience, Brad is committed to expanding his skills in sports nutrition as well as metabolic disease management.
